About Jillian

I have 20 years of experience as a business strategist and risk navigator to both Fortune 100 executives and small business owners. I am a serial entrepreneur, a speaker, the host of The Good Office podcast, and most importantly – the self-proclaimed fun aunt to my nieces and nephews. My client list over the years includes LinkedIn, At Home, Toyota, Teach for America, and hundreds more, and I have been featured in publications such as Forbes, Politico, and Real Simple.

Throughout my career, I quickly realized starting and growing a business involved far more than the theories I learned in business school. This is why I am so passionate about helping founders and CEOs refine, market, and grow their companies – while avoiding the costly and common mistakes so many make along the way.

I’m Jillian Ryan: a business strategist, risk navigator, serial entrepreneur, speaker + podcast host.

My journey began two blocks from the White House, where I quickly had to figure out how to navigate high-stakes global business challenges as a young intern at The Scowcroft Group. There, I learned that success isn’t about having all the answers but in knowing how to find them.

This lesson shaped my approach as I spent the next decade advising Fortune 100 executives on global strategies, and later, as I built my own 7-figure B2B e-commerce brand from the ground up.

While building my company, I quickly realized that it’s 100x better to figure out how to get your ideal client to come to you than for you to reach out to them.

This crucial insight now drives my approach as a marketing strategist.

I help founders and CEOs like you make your company or organization irresistible to your dream clients, so they seek you out.

My work is about more than just marketing—it’s about understanding your vision, de-risking your growth, and creating the roadmap that turns your goals into reality.

Let’s get to work.
